Home Mortgage Application Documents

Different home loan programs could require different application documents. In general, for full document home loan programs, here is the list of required documents:

Required Documents

• Recent 2 Year Federal Tax Return with All Schedules.
• Recent 2  Bank Statements .
• If Employed, Provide Recent 2 Years W2 with Recent 2 Pay Stubs.
• If Self Employed, Provide Recent 2 Years Business Tax Return.
• Copy of All HOA Bill Statements For All Homes Owned.
• Copy of All Home Insurance Statements For All Homes Owned
• Copy of All Mortgage Statements For All Homes Owned
• Copy of Photo IDs from All Borrowers
• Copy of Working Visa for Non-Residence.
